Well, the kids and I got a taste of summer this past week. It’s been sunny and HOT here in Vancouver.

We got a chance to get out and visit our local splash park to cool off after school. It was pretty crowded. Ice Cream trucks were out in full force and of course, water, sun and fun.

Alex lost his tooth!

It all happened on the night of June 1st. Catherine and I were awakened by a proud, smiling little boy who was showing off the new space in his mouth... along with the tooth that had occupied that space.

He’s postponing the tooth fairy and saving it for show and tell tomorrow...
